On 28 November 2008 Dr. Julian Blogh, Non Executive Director, advised the Company that he had purchased in the open market 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of £1.49 per share.

Following the share dealing, Dr. Blogh's shareholding in the Company totals 10,000 shares or 0.0519% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of the Company.
