RPS Group Plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 March 2013 Alan Hearne, an Executive Director of the Company, exercised an option over 62,500 ordinary shares at an option price of 111 pence per share under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan and sold 48,500 of these ordinary shares at a price of 246.5 pence per share.

The option was granted on 20 March 2003 and was due to expire on 20 March 2013,
