Rubicon Software Group PLC09 July 2007 Rubicon Software Group plc (the "Company") Director Share Dealing 9 July 2007 The Company has today been notified that Mr Robert Burnham and Mr Mark Peters,Directors of the Company, purchased 110,556 and 108,167 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 4.5p per share, respectively, on 6July 2007 and Mr David Webber, also a director of the Company, today purchased140,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.5p per share.
