Ferrexpo today announces that as part of the arrangement under which directors of New World Resources NV sit on the Company's Board of Directors ("Board"), Marek Jelinek will be retiring from the Board at this year's AGM on 27 May 2010. The Board is very grateful for the contribution he has made to the Ferrexpo Group over the past year.
