Following a meeting of the Board of Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. on 20th May 2009, the Board announces that Eddie Bell has been appointed the Company's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.  The Board also confirmed the appointments of Andrew Garner and Marc Haynes to the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
