F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC announces that Josephine (Jo) Dixon will temporarily step down as Chairman of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee with immediate effect for reasons of health. She will remain on the Board of the Company.

Anja Balfour will become interim Chairman of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee whilst Jo recuperates.
