Director ResignationThe Board of VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announced that, in a letter dated 18 January 2013, Mr. Horst F. Geicke resigned as a member of the Board with immediate effect. Mr. Geicke wishes to retire from the Board to pursue his other business interests in Vietnam and the region. The Board would like to thank Mr. Geicke, who was a founding member of the Board, for his past service and to recognise his contribution to the development of the Company.
