Director Purchase of Shares
Amerisur Resources Plc ("Amerisur" or the "Company"), the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, has been informed today that on 12th February, an RBC trust, an entity in which Mr Stephen Foss, the newly appointed Senior Independent Director has an interest, completed the purchase of 300,000 shares at an average price of 31.08p per share. Following the purchase of shares, entities in which Stephen Foss has an interest in the Company held a total of 300,000 shares.
