Director purchase of shares
Burford Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company was notified that Hugh Steven Wilson (non-executive director) has today bought 40,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 104 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Wilson now holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.06% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
