Director purchase of shares
Burford Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company was notified that Hugh Steven Wilson (non-executive director) had bought 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 13 May 2010 at 102 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Wilson now holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
