Redhall was notified on 10 August 2017 that Phillip Hilling (a Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company) purchased 106,564 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 August 2017. Following this purchase, Phillip Hilling is interested in 357,455 shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
