On 6th August 2012, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright a PDMR, has sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 154.2p each.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 54,741 ordinary shares (of which 29,458 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.0220% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 59,903.
