Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that, on 21 October 2016, Mary McNamara, a Non Executive Director of Motorpoint, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 140.13 pence per share. This purchase results in Mary McNamara being interested in a total of 65,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the 100,194,023 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
