Notification of transactions by connected person of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
The Company announces that on 30 December 2014 it was notified that ECP Galaxy Holdings S.à r.l (ECP) had on 30 December sold its remaining 27,025 shares at an average price per share of GBP3.0015.
This share sale took place in London.
ECP is an affiliate of FR Galaxy Holdings S.a.r.l (FR) which is a connected person of William Macaulay, a Director and PDMR of the Company.
After this sale by ECP, ECP no longer holds shares in the Company. FR continues to hold 123,802,799 shares in the Company.
