The Go-Ahead Group plc makes the following notification pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
EES Corporate Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue and Customs approved Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), has notified the Company on Tuesday 15 December 2015 that it purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company on behalf of the following persons discharging managerial responsibility at a price of £26.22 per share on Monday 14 December 2015. The number of partnership shares purchased under the SIP, the total holding following notification and the total percentage holding following notification are shown in the table below:
