K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary and complementary group providing specialist advisory services to SMEs, announces that it has been notified that The Ford Family Foundation, of which Tony Ford, Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, is a Trustee, gifted 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 December 2022.
The Ford Family Foundation was set up as a registered charity in April 2020 with the principal aim of delivering such charitable purposes (within the laws of England and Wales) as the Trustees may see fit.
Following this transaction, Tony Ford remains interested in 5,481,228 Ordinary Shares in K3, representing approximately 7.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
