Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified yesterday that Martin Coles, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.049 per share. Following this purchase, Martin Coles is now interested in a total of 722,790 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
