Following the exercise of 7,597 nil-cost options relating to Dairy Crest Group plc Ordinary 25p Shares initially granted to Mr Braithwaite in 2013 under the Dairy Crest Group plc Long Term Alignment Plan, Mr Braithwaite sold 3,577 shares to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on exercise.
