Notification of Director or PDMR share interest
The following amendments have been made to the Notification of Director or PDMR share interest announcement released on 6 September 2012 at 14.11 under RNS No 6918L.
The changes made are to the share price to now read 1025p and to the notification dates to now read 06.09.12.
All other details remain unchanged.

In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum. The board of the Company has been notified on the date set out below of purchases by the persons named below of Partnership Shares at a price of 1025p, on the date set out below, as a result of which such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below:-
