The Company announces that Karl Monaghan, a Non-Executive Director of CareTech received a transfer of 20,000 CareTech ordinary shares from his wife at nil cost on 27 February 2013. Karl Monaghan's resultant holding in CareTech is 31,250 ordinary shares which represents 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
