Forterra plc (the "Company")
Director / PCA Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 26 March 2026 that the following share transactions took place (the "Transactions"):
On the 25th of March 2025 Ben Guyatt, Chief Financial Officer purchased 12,425 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.601. On the following day, the 26th of March 2026, he sold 24,935 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.596.
Also on the 26th of March 2026 Ben Guyatt's spouse, Wendy Guyatt purchased 12,510 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.590.
The purpose of the transactions was to make full use of their ISA allowances in the year.
Ben Guyatt's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse, remains unchanged at 148,029.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
