Director participation in tender offer - Leonard O'Brien

As set out in the 11 December 2014 tender offer announcement, Leonard O'Brien a director of the Company, indicated his intention to tender his basic entitlement of 4,394 ordinary shares. As a result of an administrative error, an additional 3,699 ordinary shares were tendered by Leonard O'Brien as part of the excess entitlement.

In order to rectify this error, Mr O'Brien has today reinvested the monies received from the tender of the 3,699 ordinary shares (together with the purchase of additional shares) by way of the purchase of 6,220 additional shares in the Company.
