British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (the 'Company') announces the following directorship changes for Jeremy Darroch, Andrew Griffith and James Murdoch, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).

Following the Annual General Meeting of Sky Deutschland AG held today, Jeremy Darroch has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Andrew Griffith has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Board and James Murdoch has stepped down as Chairman but remains a member of the Supervisory Board.
