Director Notification
It is with great sadness that the Company confirms that it has been informed of the death of Ron Atkey, a Director of Entertainment One since November 2010.
The Company will separately announce an update on future Board composition.
Allan Leighton, Chairman, commented:
"The Board and employees of Entertainment One would like to extend their sincere condolences to Ron's family. Ron was a very diligent and supportive director of eOne and a real gentleman. We will miss him greatly."
