Further to the announcement made on 26 May 2016 regarding the appointment of Nigel Pocklington as a Non-Executive Director of St Ives plc ("the Company"), Nigel will serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 1 June 2016.

The Company confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
