The Company announces that Phil Bentley, CEO of the Company, is currently recuperating from a ruptured appendix. Peter Dickinson, General Counsel and Company Secretary, has been appointed as acting CEO for the period of Phil's recuperation which is anticipated to last for approximately 6 weeks.
