The Company has today been advised that Mrs Katrina Hart, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired 80,416 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 37p each.

Following this transaction, Mrs Hart holds 80,416 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.055 per cent. of the issued share capital.
