Director Exercise of Options & EBT dealing
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the mission™"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was notified on 2 October 2013 that on the same day Sue Mullen, a director of the TMMG, exercised nil cost options over a total of 22,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the mission™ ("Ordinary Shares") and sold 9,450 Ordinary Shares at 27.5 pence in order to meet resulting tax liabilities. The allotment of 13,050 shares to Ms Mullen will be satisfied by the transfer of Ordinary Shares currently held by The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT").
The following table sets out the details of nil cost LTIP options exercised by Sue Mullen and her resultant shareholding:

Separately, TMMG announces that other employees have exercised nil cost options over a cumulative total of 103,500 Ordinary Shares. The allotment of these Ordinary Shares will be satisfied by the transfer to these employees of Ordinary Shares currently held by the EBT.
In addition to this, the EBT has notified TMMG that it has purchased the following Ordinary Shares:

Following these transactions, the EBT's interest in the mission ™is 1,136,097 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.48% of the issued share capital of the mission™.
