David Morgan, Executive Chairman
David was the founder of Bray Leino, the Group's largest agency in 1974. He has Chaired and been CEO of the Bray Leino since then and has been non Executive for the last two years. Before founding Bray Leino he worked in a number of London advertising agencies including Dorlands.
Dylan Bogg, Executive Director
Dylan is the Chief Executive of Big Communications and was one of the founding partners of the agency. Dylan had built a successful business by the age of 24 and this was used as the bedrock for the launch of Big Communications in 1996. Formerly Executive Creative Director of the Big group he still oversees all creative output.
Robert Day, Executive Director
Robert is the Chief Executive of thinkBDW and, a company he founded as Robert Day Associates in 1987 at the age of 22. Re-branded to ThinkBDW in 2004, Robert has led the company to its position as the leading property marketing specialist in the UK, with turnover reaching £19m in 2008. The business was acquired by themission® in March 2007.
Bruce Hutton, Executive Director
Bruce is the Chief Executive of Bray Leino. He joined Bray Leino as a Management trainee in 1998 after an initial career in financial services. Bruce steadily rose through the ranks gaining experience in strategic planning and research and on into Client Services. Bruce was appointed Head of Client Services in 2004 and CEO of the Bray Leino Group in 2008.
Sue Mullen, Executive Director
Sue is the Chief Executive and one of the founding directors of Story UK, a multi-award-winning communications agency, launched in April 2002 and acquired by The Mission Marketing Group in 2007. With over 25 years' experience working on some of the biggest brands in the UK, Sue still maintains a hands on approach. She is a well known industry figure and was recently voted 21st most influential person in The Drum marketing magazine's 'Power 100'.
Fiona Shepherd, Executive Director
Fiona is the Chief Executive of thinkApril-Six and has worked in the technology industry for 20 years, holding both client and agency positions and working with some of the world's largest technology brands until deciding to start April-Six in 2000. Founded on a passion for technology and a strong belief in customer centricity Fiona has built an agency of over 40 people, all carrying a variety of specialisms in technology and marketing.
