Boohoo group plc (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces the following update to disclosure in relation to Iain McDonald, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)(iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules. On 20 December 2018, Fishing Republic plc, a company of which Iain was a director, entered administration.
