Rolls-Royce Holdings plc reports that Kraft Foods Inc has announced its intention to appoint Lewis Booth CBE as a non-executive director of Mondelez International, Inc, one of two independent companies that will be launched at the spin-off of its North American grocery business, targeted for 1 October, 2012.
