Man Group plc confirms that, further to the announcement of the appointment of Nina Shapiro as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 10 October 2011 (see RNS number 8294P07 released on 10 October 2011), there are no details to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules in relation to these appointments.
