Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.14 (2), we hereby advise that Colin Day, non-executive director of Amec Foster Wheeler plc, has today joined the Board of Directors of Meggitt PLC as a non-executive director and has assumed the role of the chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

Meggitt PLC is a global engineering group specialising in extreme environment components and sub-systems for aerospace, defence and energy markets
