City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group focused on emerging markets and closed-end funds, announces that Susannah Nicklin, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of The North American Income Trust plc with effect from 18 September 2018.

Susannah is currently the Senior Independent Director of Pantheon International plc and a non-executive director of Amati AIM VCT plc and Baronsmead Venture Trust plc.
