MrKeith Butler-Wheelhouse retires today as a director and as Chief Executive ofthe Company. The Company reports that Mr Bowman is currently a director ofScottish & Newcastle plc and Burberry Group plc and, during the past five years,has been a director of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, a publicly-quotedcompany, and Allied Domecq Limited and Scottish Power Limited (which werepublicly-quoted companies during Mr Bowman's period in office).
