Aviva plc non-executive directors' notification
Aviva announces that Russell Walls, one of its independent non-executive directors, has been appointed to the Board of Biocon Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, as a non-executive director with effect from 28 April 2011.
Aviva also announces that Mary Francis CBE will step down as a member of the Remuneration Committee on 1 June 2011. She will be replaced on the committee by Michael Hawker AM with effect from 1 June 2011.
These disclosures are made pursuant to paragraphs 9.6.14 and 9.6.11 respectively of the UK Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
