Notification of Change in a Director's Details

In accordance with LR 9.6.14, the Company announces that, following the listing of Gocompare.com Group plc on the London Stock Exchange on 3 November 2016, Matthew Crummack, a Non-Executive Director of National Express Group, holds the role of Chief Executive Officer for Gocompare.com Group plc. Matthew previously held this role in Gocompare.com Holdings Limited prior to its demerger from esure Group plc and subsequent listing.
