Director Declaration - Update
Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 that, on 22nd June 2010 SkyePharma PLC appointed Dr. Thomas Werner as Chairman of its Remuneration Committee with immediate effect in place of Frank Condella. Frank Condella remains Chairman of the Company. In accordance with the 2008 Combined Code on Corporate Governance, Dr Werner is an Independent non-executive director of the Company.
