Director Declaration

Further to the announcement dated 30 April 2015 in respect of Peter Rogers, Galliford Try plc (the "Company") confirms that Mr Rogers resigned as Interim Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2015. The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:

The Company's Remuneration Report for the financial year ending 30 June 2015 will include the non executive director's fee earned by Mr Rogers as a past non-executive director during the relevant period.

No remuneration payment or payment for loss of office has been or will be made to Mr Rogers in connection with his ceasing to be a non-executive Director of Galliford Try plc
