Sophos Group Plc (the "Company") announces, in compliance with its obligations under paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules, that Nick Bray, an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has advised that he will become a director of De La Rue plc effective immediately following De La Rue plc's Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2016.
