Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Graham Oldroyd, a non-executive Director of the Company has been appointed a non-executive director and Senior Independent Director of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc with effect from 7 May 2026. Upon appointment to that board, he will also become Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee.
There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 6.4.8 R (2) to 6.4.8 R (6) of the UK Listing Rules.
