Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the UKLA Listing Rules, The Go-Ahead Group plc confirms that Rupert Pennant-Rea, Non-Executive Director of Go-Ahead, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited (Royal London Group) with effect from 13 December 2012. In addition, it has been announced that Rupert will resign as Chairman of Henderson Group plc at the company's Annual General Meeting in May 2013.
