C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced the appointment of Mr. Stewart Gilliland to the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 April, 2012.
The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr. Gilliland in compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
Mr. Gilliland is a director of Vianet Group PLC (current), Sutton and East Surrey Water Company PLC (current) and Booker Group PLC (current).
Mr. Gilliland was a director and shareholder of Infuzions Limited which was placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 15 April 2009.
The Company hereby confirms that save for the above disclosures, Mr. Gilliland has no disclosures to make in accordance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
In addition, in fulfilment of any obligation imposed by section 53 (1) of the Companies Act, 1990, Mr. Gilliland has notified the Company that he currently holds no ordinary shares and no share options over ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the share capital of the Company.
