Rexam, the global consumer packaging company, advises that Stuart Chambers, Rexam's Chairman, was appointed as a non executive director of Tesco Personal Finance PLC on 13 July 2012. Tesco Personal Finance PLC has debt securities listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tesco PLC. Stuart Chambers has been a non executive director of Tesco PLC since July 2010.
