Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Company hereby announces that Mr Gary McGann, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Aryzta AG ("Aryzta") with effect from the close of Aryzta's Annual General Meeting on 13 December 2016. Aryzta is registered in Switzerland and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
