William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) announces that Mark Brooker, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company will be appointed a Non-executive Director of Equiniti Group plc (Equiniti Group) with effect from 1 November 2018, and will become a member of Equiniti Group's Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee from the same date.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. It is confirmed that there is no additional information to be made in accordance with the information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
