In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited announces that Stephen Smith, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed the Company that he is a Non-Executive Director of Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, which was admitted to listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange on 9 December 2013. There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Smith.
