EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company notifies the market that Jim Pettigrew, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Miton Group PLC as Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Jim has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Miton Group PLC.
There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
