Director Declaration
Rexam, the global consumer packaging company and the world's leading beverage can maker confirms, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, that Carl Symon, a non executive director of Rexam, has been appointed a non executive director of BAE Systems plc with effect from 11 June 2008.
