DIRECTOR DECLARATION - GREG FITZGERALD BECOMES NON EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, that Greg Fitzgerald, the Group's Executive Chairman has relinquished his executive responsibilities and assumed the role of non-executive Chairman, with effect from 1 January 2016. 

Also with effect from 1 January 2016, Mr Fitzgerald became a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committees. He will attend the Audit Committee by invitation.
